On August 29 th , HCSC once again set up tables and chairs for the 46th Annual Italian Heritage Festival parade registration outside the Center’s front door at W. Main and 6th Streets. WVIHF Parade organizers use the corner to register participants, give them their signs for their vehicles, and assign them to their designated position in the parade.
As in the past, the corner serves as the center of parade activity and provides for the Center’s Director and Board President to mingle among parade participants, their family members and friends. They greet them and make them feel welcome in the small piece of Clarksburg in which the Center is located.
