Gary Lee Yeager

Gary Lee Yeager, 68, of Lost Creek passed away on January 14, 2026, at his residence. He was born on January 21, 1957, to the late Arthur “Junior” and Wilma Nutter Yeager.
Gary is survived by his children: Cory Yeager, Laholli Yeager, and Lisa Yeager; grandchildren: Dylan Phillips, Billie Jo Bunnell, Noah Bohanna and wife Aleah, Jaylan Bohanna; great grandchildren: Liam Foster, Everleigh Bunnell, Israel Bohanna, Jonah Bohanna, and Kyaire Bohanna; sister, Cherie Leary; and long-time partner and mother of his children, Debra Burr.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his grandson, Shawn Bunnell, and sister, Debbie Yambrick.
Gary worked for the American Legion, Post 13, and was proud of the twenty years he was employed there. He has also previously worked for Policano’s. Gary was an Army veteran, having served his country from 1974 to 1976. In his free time, Gary enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching football. “We’ve got a cold one for you, dad.”
In keeping with his wishes, cremation services were provided by the Perine Funeral Home. There will be no public services.
