The HCSCC Board of Directors met on Thursday, March 26, 2026, in a hybrid fashion in-person in the boardroom and via Zoom.
At the meeting, the Board:
• Approved the Auditor’s Report for Years Ended September 30, 2025, and 2024
• Approved Form 990 for the Year Ending September 30, 2025
• Approved an Authorizing Resolution for Fiscal Year 2027 5310 Purchase of Transportation Services
• Approved an Authorizing Resolution for a Fiscal Year 2027 5310 Vehicle Purchase
The next Board meeting will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in person in the boardroom and via Zoom.
