Deborah E. Stahl

Deborah E. Stahl, 68 of Worthington, passed away at 4:48pm on Thursday, June 11, 2026. She was born July 9, 1957, in Fairmont to the late Bill and Thelma (Jenny Bob) Tennant.

She married Robert W. Stahl Jr. on November 20, 1998. They were happy to be married for 27 years and together for 30 years.

Deborah is also survived by her sons, Roger D. Stewart and his wife Jessica of New Cumberland, WV; and Mickey Stewart and his wife Sami of Blackville, WV; her step-children, Bobby Stahl of Worthington; and Martha Stahl of Fairmont; her siblings, Matt Moody; Jimmy Tennant; and Judy Cox; 14 grandchildren, Acacia Dillow and husband James of Philippi; Trey Goff and wife Rachel of Philippi; Austin Stahl and wife Brielle of Fairmont; Michael Stewart and fiancé Zoe Kenner of Middlebury, IN; Malachi Stewart and wife Kiara of New Cumberland; Haley Stiles and husband Sam of Mannington; Autumn Stewart and fiancé Sonj of Pittsburgh, PA; Taya Stewart and fiancé Dakoata of Morgantown; Joe Stewart of Middlebury, IN; Dezierae Stewart of New Cumberland; Miley Stewart of Blacksville; Cody Shobe of Fairmont; Aryel Kintyhtt of New Cumberland; and Chase Stewart of New Cumberland; 8 great-grandchildren; her nieces, Theresa Cox- Savors and Roni Peasak; her nephew, Larry Cox Jr. as well as many more nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her brother, John Glenn Moody; her sister, Jackie Dunlap; twin-brothers, Ronald and Donald Moody; brother-in-law, Larry B. Cox Sr.; and her nephew, Jarod Moody.

In keeping with Deborah’s wishes, cremation services were provided by Perine Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Highland Cancer Center at United Hospital Center. Online memories and condolences can be shared with the family at www.perinefunerals.com
