Saturday, April 19, 2025 Minigh Family Dentistry and Blackwell Realty Group held the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Bice-Ferguson Park in Shinnston. There were well over 300 children of all ages enjoying bounce houses, popcorn, cotton candy and other activities while waiting for Noon to start the Egg Hunt.
This could not have been possible without the many volunteers from Shinnston, including members of SDA as well as the Lincoln High School DECA, Key Club, and Student Council. The younger kids were allowed to find 10 eggs and the older ones were limited to 7 to ensure ALL of the kids were able to get some eggs.
The eggs were numbers to determine prize categories that they were could turn tokens in for prizes the kids chose. The 3 Grand Prizes were bicycles that were won by Briar Clutter, Wesley Fitzwater, and Baylee Carroll.
