WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee and a leader on the Senate Appropriations committee, announced Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) allocations for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) to support water infrastructure projects throughout West Virginia.

By directing federal funding to projects like these, we are helping ensure stronger, healthier communities and a brighter future for all West Virginians.”
