Elkins, W.Va. — Men’s Basketball traveled to Davis Elkins and suffered their first defeat of the season 77-70. They were down at half 29-27 but Davis & Elkins came out hot in the second half to make it a 39-30 game.
Fairmont State responded with a run of their own to make it 39-39 but Davis and Elkins responded with a run to go back up by 15. Our comeback efforts fell just short losing 77-70.
Leading the way for the Fighting Falcons was David Jolinder with 23 points, one assist and one rebound.Cameron Whiteside posted a double double going for 10 points and 12 rebounds and Jaidyn West added 14 points. The Men’s Basketball team is off until after Thanksgiving break where they will take on West Virginia State. Tip off is slated for 7:30 PM in Joe Retton Arena.
