The Harrison County Athletes in the Spotlight this week are South Harrison’s Halle Bland and Lincoln’s Aiden Rice.
Hawk basketball player Halle Bland had a strong outing this past week that helped her team to a win over Liberty. Bland netted a game-high 30 points, dished out five assists, and recorded five steals.
Cougar basketball standout Aiden Rice had a big night recently in a game against Lewis County. Rice scored 32 points, including a pair of three-pointers, while going four of five from the foul line. He also grabbed four rebounds in the affair.
