The Harrison County Athletes in the spotlight this week are Bridgeport’s Lindsay Callahan and Lincoln’s A. J. Bart.
Bridgeport soccer player Lindsay Callahan helped her team to a win over crosstown rival Robert C. Byrd last week. Callahan scored the lone goal in the one to nothing victory over the Flying Eagles.
Cougar quarterback A. J. Bart hit a couple of milestones in Friday’s win over Grafton. Bart was 20 of 27 passing for 286 yards and a pair of scores. Added to his previous totals, and Bart has now thrown for over 5,000 yards and 50 touchdowns.
