Juanita Bush passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024.
She was born on March 20, 1926 to the late Margaret and Felix Layton.
Juanita married Leonard J. Bush on November 12, 1949, who proceeded her in death in April of 1992. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Naoma Startt, Ida Nagel, and Margaret Adams, and two brothers, Leonard and Bobby Layton. Juanita was the last surviving member of her family.
Juanita is survived by her daughter, Diana Lowe (Cliff) of Meadowbrook, her granddaughter Dana Quinones (Tyson) of Spelter, and three great-grandchildren, who she absolutely adored, Mason, Sofia, and Ava Quinones, and several nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.
Juanita retired from Food Fair, Inc with 25 years of service. She was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens.
Juanita’s family would like to give a special thank you to Dot Lucas and Paula Pritt for the love and care they showed her over the last year and a half.
