Lincoln High School is proud to announce that the
September Students of the Month are Brooklyn Fazzini
and Savannah Jones.
Brooklyn is the daughter of David and Amber Fazzini of
Hepzibah, West Virginia. She is the grandchild of Rocky
and Kathy Dodd of Glen Falls, and Dave and Marlene
Fazzini of Clarksburg. She has maintained a 4.0 or higher
GPA throughout all four years of her high school career,
taking multiple Dual Credit and AP courses within her
four years. She is a four-year member and Captain of
Lincoln’s girls soccer team, and a four-year member of
Lincoln’s girls basketball team. Brooklyn is Student
Council President, a Senior Board member of Key Club,
and Vice President of National Honor Society. Brooklyn
enjoys being part of Jewel City’s UNITE Youth Group,
where she leads worship. She currently is undecided on
both a college and major but plans to either study Pre-
Professional Medicine or Forensic Biology.
Savannah is the daughter of Matthew and Kathy Jones
of Bridgeport and the granddaughter of Dan and Sue
Glover and Terry and Sharon Jones. Savannah has
maintained a 4.0 GPA or higher all throughout her high
school career all while taking many dual credit and AP
classes. Savannah is a four-year member of the dance line
and the track team. She advanced to the state track meet
her freshman and junior season and hopes to return for her
senior season. Savannah is a member of many
organizations at Lincoln. She is a Natural Peer Helper, a
member of the National Honor Society, President of the
Key Club, and two-year Secretary of the Student Body.
Outside of school, Savannah enjoys playing guitar and
singing in the worship band at Simpson Creek Baptist
Church. As for future plans, Savannah has been accepted
to West Virginia University, but she is undecided on her
major at this time.
