The City of Shinnston will host the following events in July
Independence day celebration, including fireworks, at 6 p.m. July 1 at Ferguson Memorial park
Shinnston Development Authority meeting 7 a.m. in the City Building on July 8
City Council Meeting 7 p.m. on July 14 in the Council Chambers and again, same time and place July 28
Shakespeare in the Park performance of MacBeth 7:15 p.m. at Ferguson Memorial Park on JUly 20
City wide yardsale on July 26
Shindy Music Festival August 2 at 1 p.m. Ferguson Memorial Park
On July 3, the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra will perform on its “Celebrate America Tour 2025 at 8 p.m. at the Clarksburg Ampitheater at 8 p.m. No charge for admission. Fireworks shall follow
On July 4, the Greater Bridgeport Convention and Visitors’ Bureau will hold “Fire works on the Hill near the water tower at Eastpointe at 9:30 p.m.
