PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – While the regular season for Salem Tigers volleyball is not quite wrapped up, there is some big news regarding the postseason for the Tigers. The USCAA has announced the field for the upcoming Division I National Championship held in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The Tigers have earned the 4th overall seed, and will compete in at least 2 contests in the event which runs from November 8th through November 11th.
In the first match, Salem will take on the #1 overall seed Maine-Fort Kent on November 9th at 9 AM. After that, they will take on the 5th seeded Lyon College out of Arkansas on November 10th. That game will also be played at 9 AM.
From there, the events pool play will conclude, and the results thereof will determine seeding for the tournament portion of the event which will crown the USCAA Division I champion on November 11th.
