State Fair Officials are happy to announce several new gate specials for the 2017 State Fair of West Virginia, including an Early Bird Special on Wednesday, August 16, which will feature $1.00 admission from 9 am until 12 Noon, and a $15 All Day Ride Pass on Tuesday, August 15.
Other specials include First Energy’s Magic Monday (8/14), Senior Citizen’s Day (8/15) and Military Discount Day (8/17). On August 15, 16 and 17, fairgoers will also be able to enter the fair for $6.00 after 4 pm.
“We are just about two months away from the 93rd Annual State Fair of West Virginia and we cannot wait to open the gates,” State Fair CEO Kelly Collins stated. “This year we have new gate specials, a great concert lineup and new free entertainment, including the Bengal Tiger Encounter, Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean, Rowdy Rooster and other many others. It is looking to be a great fair.”
The State Fair Box Office is now open Monday-Friday from 9 am – 4 pm for those wishing to purchase gate, ride or concert tickets. Advanced tickets will once again be sold at Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy and Walgreens.
