SHINNSTON – Lincoln High School business students, who comprise the EPIC Tourism Grant Executive Planning Committee, have taken a significant step in promoting local tourism and welcoming visitors to the Shinnston community.
This past week, these enterprising students saw their hard work come to fruition with the installation of new signs along the West Fork River Water Trail and Rail-Trail. The newly installed signs are just the beginning, with additional signage and rail-trail markers set to be put up in the coming weeks.
Special thanks go to the City of Shinnston for their unwavering support throughout this project. The collaboration between the students and the city has been instrumental in making this initiative a reality.
