Wheeling Symphony Orchestra Brings “Celebrate America Tour 2025”

CLARKSBURG, WV – The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra (WSO) is set to bring a spectacular evening of patriotic music with the “Celebrate America Tour 2025” at The Clarksburg Amphitheater on July 3rd at 8:00 PM. This highly anticipated and FREE event is presented by the Cultural Foundation of Harrison County’s Barbara B. Highland Fund for the Arts.

Join us for an unforgettable night under the stars as the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of accomplished Conductor John Gennaro Devlin, delivers a stirring performance of American classics. The evening will also feature the breathtaking vocal talents of acclaimed Soprano Vanessa Becerra, promising a powerful and moving musical experience for all ages.

The Cultural Foundation of Harrison County’s Barbara B. Highland Fund For the Arts is proud to support this event, continuing their commitment to bringing high-quality artistic performances to the region.

About the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra: Founded in 1929, the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra (WSO) has been a cultural cornerstone of the Ohio Valley for over 95 years. Under the artistic vision of Music Director John Devlin, the WSO enriches the community with diverse orchestral performances, featuring world-class guest artists and exceptional musicians.

About the Cultural Foundation of Harrison County and The Barbara B. Highland Fund for the Arts: The Cultural Foundation of Harrison County, established in 1972, strives to foster an arts-rich environment, and to encourage the development and appreciation of all art forms, while also promoting the growth of artistic, cultural, and economic development.

The Barbara B. Highland Fund for the Arts provides funds to The Cultural Foundation of Harrison County, for the engagement of fine arts presentations of a national scope in Harrison County, WV. The generous provision of this endowment, by longtime resident and patron of the arts, the late Barbara Brennan Highland, is indeed a reflection of her fine character, personality, and love for her community.
