Her daughter Sami lives in Centreville, VA, with her loving husband Brian Sloboda and their children Rachel, who is a sophomore and Army ROTC student at West Virginia University; Anthony, who is a senior at St. Paul VI High School and will be attending Radford University; and Sam, who is an eighth grader at St. Timothy Catholic School and will also attend PVI in the fall.

A Catholic mass will follow at 11 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church, 610 Pike St, Shinnston, WV. Internment will follow at the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage donations to be made to the St. Ann’s Catholic Church Adoration Chapel, where Eleanor and Sam spent many special hours.
Eleanor’s family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the Critical Care and Progressive Care Units at United Hospital Center who took such special care of her.
