Alice Marie Dillow, 75, of Meadowbrook, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Yorksville, OH, January 11, 1949, a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Wright Mann.
She is survived by her husband, James Walter Dillow, whom she married in 1993; five children: Carol Hall and her companion Robert Dewitt, Spelter, Linda Hall and her companion Donald Roach, Worthington, Dennis Hall and his wife Delphia, Grafton, Donnie Hall, Meadowbrook, Joey Hall, Meadowbrook; 13 grandchildren: Carrie Andrews and her husband Jack, Corie Fetty and her wife Andie, Kaleb Fetty and his wife Danielle, Zachary Roach, Shawn Roach and his wife Marriah, Abigail Roach, Amanda Moore and her husband Delbert, Justin Boley, Jodie Boley and her companion D.J. Cokeley, Logan Postlethwait, Amber Hall, Donnie Hall, II, and Alyssa Jones; great grandchildren: Addison Andrews, Cadence Andrews, Kameron Andrews, Aleeah Toothman, Kruzyn Moore, Aubree Cokeley, Dominic Cokeley, Blake Toothman, Braylon McIntyre, Xavier Marcial, Taylynn Jennings, and Aiden Jennings; siblings: Kenny Mann and his wife Linda, Roswell, OH, Mary Ann Short, Dover, OH; sister-in-law, Kay Mann, Roswell, OH, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by a grandson, Daniel Fetty, Jr.; three great grandchildren: Evander Andrews, Garrett Andrews, and one in infancy, three brothers: Jacob Mann, Keith Mann and one in infancy; two sisters, Barbara Anslow, and Helen Burkhart; and one brother-in-law, Wayne Short.
Alice was a Nurse’s Aid in several area nursing homes in the area throughout the years. She was a faithful member of the House of Faith in Hepzibah. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed taking them to church, as well as many other children. She loved her family and would do anything for anyone.
Friends may call at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 2-8pm, Wednesday where funeral services will be held at 10am, Thursday, September 26th with Pastor Tim Sandy officiating.
