The Harrison County athletes in the spotlight this week are South Harrison’s Gabe Ferrell and Seth Gain. Recently, the Hawks finished up a sensational baseball season just two wins shy of a state tournament berth.
Gabe Ferrell and Seth Gain led South Harrison in the regional lock-up with East Hardy. In game one, Ferrell had a base hit and a stolen base to lead the Hawks. Gain drove in a run in the opening game with a sacrifice fly. Gain also picked up a hit in game two for South Harrison.
