On Jan 11, the American Legion Post 31 in Shinnston will host a no cost healthy nutrition class from 12 to 2 PM. It is sponsored by the West Virginia Department of Agriculture’s Veterans and Heroes to Agriculture Program and instructed by Mike Holcomb and Anna Ash.
