Mountaineer Food Bank hosts Veterans Table Food Distribution in Clarksburg
Every month, the Mountaineer Food Bank will host a Veterans Table food box distribution for Veterans and their families on the third Friday of the month. In January, the food bank will be held on a different date – Friday Jan. 26, 2024. This free food distribution program is held in the VA Park in Clarksburg
The Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center is excited to announce comedian Henry Cho’s “From Here to There 2024” Friday, July 26, 2024 at 8:00p.m. at the historic Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center located at 444 W. Pike St. in Clarksburg, W. Va
The Palette in Shinnston is offering an Origami class Tuesday, January 23, 6-7:30pm for $20.
The Palette is also offering “Everyone’s Watercolor” a class for all levels every Wednesday, 1-3:00pm, January 17, 24, 31 and February 7, weather permitting. $30 each class. Supplies provided or bring your own. They are also offering a Snowman Painting Class for all ages,
Thursday, January 25, 6-7:00pm, $10 for an 8×10 canvas.
The Palette in February is offering a kids art class at 6 PM on Feb 6, neurographic art class at 6 PM on Feb 13, and watercolor classes on Feb 7 and 14 from 1 to 3 PM

The next two Shinnston City Council Meetings will take place on Feb 13 and 26 at the city building at 7 PM
There will be an SDA meeting at the City Building on Feb 21 at 6:30 PM
The Almost Heaven Barn will host a Masquerade Valentine’s Dinner and Dance from 5 to 11 PM on Feb 17
Lincoln High School will host a Father Daughter Dance put on by Jewel City Church from 6 to 8 PM on Feb 24
