On Sunday, August 9, 2026, the Calvary United Methodist Church Youth & Children held a “Stand for a Cause” Lemonade fundraiser to benefit the HCSC Kinley Café. The youth group wore shirts that said, “Life gave me some lemons, but my Jesus He be makin’ Lemonade.” A variety of flavors with the homemade lemonade and baked goods were offered for sale. HCSC Board President Bill O’Field accepted the donation check of $571 from Youth Leader Desiree Lopez on August 16, 2026, during the Sunday service.
