Charles “Chuk” Leroy Hickman, 50, of Lumberport passed away on May 2, 2025 in Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on June 29, 1974, a son of the late Charles Curtis Hickman and Linda Elaine McWilliams Beverly.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his stepfather, John Beverly Jr.; his siblings: Sara Harbert, Brian Lee Hickman, Lisa Renee Hickman, and Isabel Marie Harbert; his daughter, Haley Hickman of Pennsylvania; his long-time friend, Heather Watkins; and several nieces and nephews.
Chuk was preceded in death by his father, Charles, and his grandfather, Leroy McWilliams.
In his spare time, Chuk enjoyed lifting weights and body building.
The family will receive friends at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 2-8 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, with Lou Ortenzio officiating. Interment will follow at the Lumberport Lions Club Cemetery.
