Pictured above, Harrison County EMS Director Rick Rock addresses guests at an Open House held last Friday to celebrate the Emergency Squad’s 50th Anniversary. Current and former staff along with members of the community were on hand to commemorate the occasion and tour the EMS facility located near Rosebud Plaza. They also unveiled their newest EMS vehicle, a throwback to a look of long ago.
