CHARLESTON, W.V. – WV State Fire Marshal investigators and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office have charged a Lost Creek man with setting fire to a structure at the home he had been renting.
Randolph Scott Murray, 52 years old, was taken into custody on Feb. 5, 2024, for setting fire to a gazebo at a house located on Orchard Street in Lost Creek. Murray and his wife had been renting the house that the gazebo was located on.
Murray was charged with second degree arson.
