The HCSCC Board of Directors met on Thursday, April 25, 2024, in a hybrid fashion in-
person in the ballroom and via Zoom.
At the meeting, the Board:
Accepted the draft changes to the By-Laws brought forth by the Ad Hoc By-Laws
Committee and by unanimous vote moved to place the changes on the agenda
for the next Board meeting.
Approved that the staff should move forward with developing a “donate button”
with a monetary goal with a date certain for donations and the Board will review
it at the next Board meeting.
The next Board meeting, which will be the Board’s Annual Meeting, will be held on
Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 9:30 am in person in the boardroom and via Zoom.
The remaining meeting schedule for 2024: June 27, September 26, and October 24. All
meetings will be held at 9:30 am in hybrid format.
