The following actions were taken at a special board meeting held on Friday, May 10, 2023:
Appointed and installed Carol E. Brown to fill the remainder of the late Sandra Mossor’s term ending June 2025.
Authorized the Board’s president to sign documents that would have been signed by the Secretary, who was Sandra Mossor, retroactive to her death.
The next regular Board meeting, which will be an Annual Meeting, will be on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the boardroom in person and on Zoom. Note that the time for the June Annual Meeting has been moved from 9:30 am to 9:00 am. Remaining board meeting dates scheduled for 2023 are: June 22, September 28, and October 26.
