The Clarksburg History Museum hosted the presentation of the Harrison County Genealogical Society’s yearly scholarship award. The winner is Kathryn Raye Southall a student at RCB High School. She was presented a $1,000.00 check toward her future endeavors. Her parents are Richard and Debra Southall. She is planning on attending Fairmont State University and major in computer science. She traced her family lineage back 7 generations to Barnabas McHenry who was born in 1715 near Ballyreagh Castle in Antrim, Ireland.
