To: ASHLEY BRADY, OCCUPANT, AMBER FOWLER, STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have an interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that GOLD ENTERPRISES LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000304, located in COAL OUTSIDE DISTRICT District, 1 LOT #1 LIMESTONE (.18 AC) LUCY MORROW PLAT, which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of FOWLER AMBER R & ASHLEY MORGAN BRAD, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of HARRISON County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 8, 2024. GOLD ENTERPRISES LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate on or after April 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before March 31, 2026, will be as follows:
