The Shinnston Lord’s Pantry is getting ready for its 8th annual fundraiser in October and November. There have been many changes in our clients’ lives which includes the rising cost of food. The good news is that the food pantry has managed to stay open to feed those in need in the Lincoln High School Attendance Area. The theme for the 2025 fundraiser is HARVESTING FOR HUNGER.

The Lord’s Pantry operates entirely on donations. No one receives a salary or stipend. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency. It does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.

With the rising cost of food and many other things, the food pantry is coming to ask for your assistance so our work to feed those in need can continue. If you have helped the Lord’s Pantry in the past, the food pantry thanks you. If you have not, the food pantry would like to extend the opportunity to be a donor.

Your contribution is critical to the operation of the Lord’s Pantry. Monetary donations may be sent to: The Lord’s Pantry, Box 64, Shinnston, WV 26431. You may earmark your donation to a particular cause, such as, meat, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene, paper products, or food. Non- monetary donations may be taken to the Lord’s Pantry at 77 Church Court in Shinnston, WV, near the Shinnston First Baptist Church on Rebecca Street.

For more information, please call 304-592-0637 or 304-677-7315. Thank you for your support.
