ROSARY RALLY

The 100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima Rosary Rally will take place on Saturday, May 13th at noon at the Norwood Park in Nutter Fort.

 

CLOTHING GIVE-AWAY

The Jones Run Church, Jones Run Road, Lumberport will be having a clothing give-away on Saturday, May 13th from 8:30 am to 11:00 am.

 

CREATIVE PAINTING…AND COOKIES TOO!

The Lowe Public Library in Shinnston will be hosting Creative Painting and Cookies Too on Saturday, May 13th from 9:30 am to 11:30 am for Mothers and Children.  There is a $25 pre-registration fee required and all supplies are provided, including a 16×20 canvas for painting.  Ages 6 and under must accompanied by an adult.  Juice, coffee, tea, water and cookies will be provided.  To register and for more information please call 304-629-5003.

 

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS EXEMPLIFICATION

The Knights of Columbus will have a Second and Third Degree Exemplification on Saturday, May 13th at 10 am at the Robert Petitto Hall, 334 East Pike Street.  All members who are currently First Degree Knights are encouraged to attend this Exemplification to further your journey as a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Please contact Doug White at 304-669-0631 with any questions.

 

SPRING CLINIC AND GARDEN FAIR

Harrison County Master Gardeners will host their annual Spring Clinic and Garden Fair at the 4-H Center & Recreation Complex (43 Recreation Dr., Clarksburg) on Saturday, May 13th from 9 am to 4 pm.  Lots of vendors with plants, hanging baskets, garden items, etc.; informational workshops; flea market; vegetable painting for kids; concessions; raffles and door prizes.  No admission charge.

 

OUR LADY OF PEACE ASSEMBLY MEETING

VERA BRADLEY BINGO

COAST TO COAST RT.50 YARD SALE

ATTENTION!!!  Harrison County will be included in the ‘Coast to Coast Rt.50 Yardsale’!  Sponsored by the PWA the event will take place on Saturday, May 20th from 8 am to 4 pm in downtown Clarksburg (vendors/sellers will be located on S 3rd St. between Washington Ave. and W Main St. and surrounding areas). DIVORCECARE SUPPORT GROUP

A 13 week DivorceCare support group is being offered at the First United Methodist Church in Shinnston.  Rev. Craig Blankenship will be the leader of the adult group and Rev.
