Rose (Tootsie) Antulov

Rose (Tootsie) Antulov, 82, of Fairmont, passed away on February 6, 2024. She was born on March 9, 1941, in Enterprise, WV, a daughter to the late Pete Antulov and Sophia (Kaska) Antulov. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John Antulov, Martin Antulov, Pete Antulov, and Joe Antulov; sisters Jennie Antulov, Mary Antulov, and Violet Antulov; sisters-in-law Helen (Sissy) Antulov, and Margaret Antulov; and nephew John Antulov and his wife Barbara.

Rose is survived by her nieces, Cindy Antulov (John) Currey, Tracy Antulov; nephews Pete Antulov and companion Stephanie Wilson, Steve (Gladys) Antulov, Tom (Rose Mary) Antulov; great-nieces Jackie Antulov (Stephen) Hammond, Jessica Antulov Rogers, Ellie Antulov (Tyler) Simmons, Nicole Antulov (Tyler) Tracy; Casey Currey (Daniel) Kukoly; great-nephews Nick (Brittany) Currey; and great-great nieces and nephews Angelina and Nicholas Hammond, Jackson and Margaret Evelyn Tyler, Haley Kukoly, and Savannah and Sophia Currey.

Tootsie was the owner of Venus Beauty Salon for over forty years. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters, Dem. Women’s Club, and the Moose.

She loved knitting, crocheting, and cooking and baking so she could share them with friends and family.

Friends will be received at St. Ann Catholic Church on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 12:00 noon  for Mass. Inurnment will follow at Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to WVU Medicine Hospice at 12 Rousch Drive Westover, WV 26501.
