The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a Traffic Delay/Lane Closure on I-79 from Anmoore to Lost Creek, Northbound & Southbound beginning on Monday, April 10, 2017 through Friday, September 08, 2017 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. (24/hr).
The purpose for the delay/closure is eradication of pavement markings and installation of concrete barriers for latex overlays on bridge structures from Anmoore to Lost Creek.
The contractor will be closing lanes both Northbound & Southbound on I-79 from Milepost 111 to Milepost 117.5. Bridge structures on both Northbound & Southbound will be getting latex overlays. Please note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
