Tyler Lee Stevens, 20, of Shinnston, passed away on April 9, 2025. He was born on January 13, 2005, the son to Travis Stevens (Mandy) of Shinnston, and Crystal Stevens (Mark) of Lumberport.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his sister, Haley Stevens (Chris); grandparents Patty and Toby Prangler; and great-grandparents Bobbie and Clarence Miller of Wallace.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, June Stevens.

Tyler played football for Lincoln High School, and graduated in 2023. He loved playing video games with Kobe, Levi, and the Leggetts. He enjoyed going to WVU games, and watching Ohio State and the Cleveland Browns when they won. You could always find him lifting weights with his buddies.

Tyler was a beloved brother, son, nephew, grandson, and enjoyed life to the fullest. He didn’t know a stranger. He was part of a big family full of love and light.

In honor of Tyler, the family encourages support for mental health organizations and open conversations about emotional well-being.

Friends will be received at Harmer Funeral Home on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 11:00AM-7:00PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 11:00AM.
