Carolyn Louise Moschella, 81, of Spelter, passed away at her residence on March 16, 2024. She was born in Clarksburg on October 3, 1942, a daughter to the late Samuel Moschella and Cinderella Perri Moschella. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Angelo Moe Moschella; sister Virginia Loria; and niece Cindy Moschella.
She is survived by her sister, Saundra Knight; nieces and nephews Gregory Knight (Kristin) and their children Elizabeth and Fiona Knight, Sam Loria, Michele Frye (Harold) and their children Justin and Mikala Frye, Mike Moschella (Dana) and their child Mikey Moschella, Kim Weaver (Yancey) and their children Derek and Cody Rogers; and a special cousin Donnie Moschella (Karen).
Carolyn retired as a manager from the Senior Citizens Center. She also was part owner of Towne House Motor Lodge in Charleston, WV. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.
Friends will be received at Harmer Funeral Home on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 2:00PM-8:00PM. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:30PM to conclude the visitation. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 11:00AM with Rev. Akila Rodrigo T.O.R., and Rev. Deepu Joseph officiating. Interment will follow at Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.
