Sign up to both support your local cheer team and have the Easter Bunny visit your house, taking one task off your Easter to-do list – hiding eggs for children’s celebrations.
Lincoln High School’s cheerleaders are hosting an “Egg My Yard” event April 7 and 8 for locals who wish to participate. Those who sign up receive a special letter from the Easter Bunny, and cheerleaders will hide surprise-filled eggs around their yard for the kiddos.
“I’ve had multiple people tell me that it’s their favorite fundraiser because it’s easy and takes something away from them they don’t have to do,” said Mandi Brown, high school cheerleading coach.
In last year’s “Egg My Yard,” Brown said that they had several sign up from as far as Bridgeport and the Mannington area.
