Linda Lou (Ashley) Martin, age 77, of Heath, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024. She

was born in Shinnston, WV on October 12, 1946, to the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Murray)

Ashley.

Linda loved her family with all of her heart, Her spunk, humor and kindness was the highlight of

family gatherings. She faced more than her fair share of trials in her life, but she overcame

them all with grace.

She kept faith in her God, which her mom instilled in her as a young girl. That same faith

inspired her own daughters and grandchildren to continue in the legacy handed down.

Although she lost her hearing in recent years, she still remained faithful in attendance to her

church, Christan Life Center.

She worked at Longaberger for many years, but what is most admirable about her time there

was her determination; she worked third shift while having chemo treatments durning the day.

She enjoyed playing Aggravation, working puzzles and gifting crocheted itmes for various

events of life, as well as baking pepperoni rolls when requested.

She was not only loving, but she was dearly loved by her family. We will miss her forever.

She is survived by her children, Teresa (Scott) Long, Vanessa (Rob) Evans, and Tracey (Tony)

Robison; grandchildren, Bethany (Raymond) Parfitt, Lindsay (Michael) Simon, Kiley (Mark)

Flowers, Sydney (Josh) Garza, Shelby (Dillon) Jacks, McKenzy Evans, Rylee Robison, Baylee

Robison, Marcus Robison, and Mason Robison, 10 great grandchildren; her siblings, Louis

(Mary) Ashley, Mary (Joe) Sheme, and Donnie (Jessie) Ashley.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Roger Martin

and siblings, Lee Ashley and Barbra Young.

A graveside service for Roger and Linda Marting will be held on September 14, at 11 AM, with

Bishop T.L. Kirk officiating, at Barnes Cemetery.
