To enhance traffic flow and ensure student safety, we are implementing new procedures for student drop-off and pick-up. Effective immediately, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Staff Parking

Staff parking will now be designated in the lot closest to the school. This lot will have restricted exit access near the library end and crosswalk to minimize congestion.

Student Drop-Off and Visitor/Parent Parking

Student drop-off and visitor/parent parking will be relocated to the lot closest to Buckhannon Pike. This change aims to streamline traffic flow and create a dedicated space for dropping off and picking up students.

Pedestrian Safety

Upon arriving at the drop-off location, all students and parent chaperones are kindly requested to proceed directly to the sidewalk and utilize the crosswalk to safely cross the street. Parents who park nearest Buckhannon Pike are encouraged to walk their child to the sidewalk.

Designated Drop-Off Area

Students being dropped off should exit cars at the designated drop-off area. For enhanced safety, we recommend passenger-side exiting.

Drop-Off Efficiency

To maintain efficient traffic flow, we kindly request that only four cars line up at the designated drop-off area at a time. If you require more time with your child before drop-off, please consider utilizing a parking space.

We appreciate your cooperation in implementing these revised procedures to ensure a safe and efficient drop-off and pick-up experience for all our students.
